Requirements
- Valid Florida food handler's permit
- Proof of liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Must supply own equipment, tent, and tables
- Health department compliance required

Can I apply for more than one space?
Yes — additional 10×10 spaces can be added at the same rate. Contact us to reserve multiple spots.
Is electricity available?
Limited power access is available for food vendors. Request it on your application — it's first come, first served. All other vendors should plan for battery or generator power.
What is the refund policy?
Vendor fees are non-refundable after December 1, 2026. Cancellations before December 1 receive a 50% refund.
Do I need to bring my own tent?
Yes — all vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials. Tents must be weighted or staked.
Is there overnight security?
Yes, the venue has overnight security Friday and Saturday night. However, vendors leave equipment at their own risk.
When will I hear back after applying?
We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to respond within 5 business days. Space is limited — apply early!
